Fees

In general we follow the Victorian public school terms.
In 2012, terms are aligned with school terms except term 1.
Term 1 (6 weeks):  Beginning Saturday 18th February-Concluding Saturday 24th March
Term 2 (10 weeks):  Beginning Saturday 21st April-Concluding Saturday 23rd June
Term 3 (9 weeks):  Beginning Saturday 21st July-Concluding Saturday 15th September
Term 4 (9 weeks):  Beginning Saturday 13th October-Concluding Saturday 8th December

What am I paying for?
Your class fees include the costs for venue hire, amenities and teacher cost. 

The following costs are not included in your term fees:
Registration Fee: paid at the time of enrolment.
Costume Deposit: added to your term 2 invoice, and will allow us to organise costumes for our end-of-year demonstration. You will be advised of the final cost of your costume and this amount will be payable on your term 4 invoice.
Exams: If you choose to take part in exams, there will be an extra fee and you will receive payment advice early in Term 1.
Uniform and Shoes: Once enrolled, students need the correct dance shoes for their class and should wear clothing suitable for dance. 

Payment Terms & Conditions:
  • Fees are due within 21 days of receiving an invoice.
  • After this time a late fee of 15% will be added to the account
  • Payment plans may be arranged. Please speak with Caitlin regarding this.
  • Family discounts apply for two or more children enrolled from the one family: 
 The second child will receive a 5% discount applied to the invoice.  
 The third and subsequent children will receive a 10% discount applied to the invoice. 

  •  Discounts off the term fees will not be given for missed classes except for circumstances where the child has a medical certificate.
